High School Honor Bands and Choirs in Glasgow Jan. 20

Music Districts 12 & 13 Honor Band and Choir — which include Phillips County schools — will be having their concert this year on Monday, January 20. Schools from all over the two districts will be rehearsing at the Glasgow High School during the day. There is a concert that night at 6:30 p.m. at the Glasgow Gymnasium, tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for student.

This year’s Honor Band is under the direction of Michel Sticka, Director of Bands at Chief Joseph Middle School in Bozeman, Mont.

This year’s Honor Choir is under the direction of Royce McIntosh, an accomplished actor who has graced the stage on the national tour of Mamma Mia as well as a regular at Fort Peck Summer Theatre.
