One Nation, Under God
Last week I did last week was watched the final constriction of the walls near the home being added on to near the residence of David and Anne Booth in the Hillcrest area.
After that, I got to go upstairs and inspect some of the new National Guard Armory being built near the Phillips County Hospital. Up there, I saw some equipment. They had some large heaters on in the building to combat the frigid weather we have been experiencing in Malta lately.
About nine days ago, I bought lunch at Dairy Queen for some of the 7M Construction crew who were working on the expansion of the Snyder home near Malta Elementary School.
It seems like the weather has turned to winter, construction has slowed down around the home.
One thing I did notice is that steps near the apartment at the Villa Theatre are in disrepair and could use some TLC. I have been inside the Villa Theatre and watched Frozen 2 and the Addam's Family. The theatre looks nice inside and I am happy the business is back in business and I am looking forward to seeing the latest Star Wars movie there.
I also got to attend the Phillips County Museum Christmas party and I cooked and brought barbecued meatballs to the event for all to enjoy.
