One Nation, Under God

Malta construction updates with David Veseth December 11, 2019

One thing I got to do a month ago was go to the Dr. Pepper Museum in Waco, Texas. I got he see videos about Dr. Pepper and look at different types of cans and bottles from the 1960, 1970s, and 1980s. At the museum, I saw a movie about Dr. Pepper and got see many bottles from years past. I also drank some fresh Dr. Pepper and tasted very good.

Also, in Waco, I got to visit my sister Katie and her family. Besides the Dr. Pepper Museum, we attended the Texas Ranger Museum and learned about law enforcement. I read about some of the bad guys who were arrested and put in prison from the Old West Days.

I took a picture of the constriction going on near Anne and David Booth’s house on Hillcrest. At that home, which is having an addition built on, I watched some of the new walls being built. Then, last Wednesday, I went back and watched Darrell Carney continue to build walls on that home.

Today I visited the Phillips County News office and was told that the story written about me for last week’s front page was the most read story on the PCN website for that week.

The laundromat at the MOI facility has officially opened after being remodeled and looks very nice.

This week, I might go up to the National Guard Armory for exercise and see what kind of new construction might be going on.

As always, if you have a construction project you would like for me to report on, please give me a call at 406-654-2533.

Have a nice week.
