American Legion Auxiliary Canisters

The Malta American Legion Auxiliary has placed canisters at local businesses for donations. The donations will be sent to Grace Home in Great Falls to help our homeless Montana Veterans. Please donate your spare change.

Grief Support Groups

Two Grief Support Groups in Malta at the Senior Center will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday mornings and at the Dianne Salsbery residence from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday evenings. New members are always welcome to either group. Call Tammy Hubeny 920-572-0161 or Dianne 406-654-4675 with any questions.

Walleyes Meeting

11-7. Walleyes Meeting will be held Thursday, November 7 at 6:30 p.m. at Stretch's Pizza. All are welcome.

FFA Supporter Meeting

11-8. All interested supporters of our local FFA chapter are invited to an informational meeting on Friday, November 8, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the GN Lodge room. There will be a no-host supper, and a State FFA Alumni representative will be available to answer any questions we may have. Saco Veteran's Day program

11-11. The Saco School will be having a Veteran's Day program on Monday, November 11 at 2 p.m. All are welcome to attend.

Landusky Fall Fundrasier

11-9. The Landusky Foundation is holding its Fall Fundraiser on Saturday, November 9 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Landusky Community Hall. Call Darlene at 673-3267, with any questions. All are welcome.

Saco School’s Veteran's Day Program

11-11. Saco School’s will be hosting a Veteran's Day Program on November 11 at 2 p.m. in the multi-purpose room. There is also a book fair that day in the library from noon until 5 p.m., Usborne Books.

Historical Society's meeting

11-11. The Phillips County Historical Society's meeting will be held November 11, 6:30 p.m. at the Phillips County Museum. Everyone welcome!

RSA Monthly Meeting

11-12. Ranchers Stewardship Alliance is having their Monthly Meeting on Tuesday, November 12 in the Malta Business Center at 5 p.m. All are welcome.

Montana Veterans Affairs

11-14.. Judy Loendorf and/or Steve Mulonet, Service Officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs will be visiting Malta City Hall on Thursday, November 14, from 9:30 until 11:30 a.m. to meet with Veterans who are interested in applying for benefits. If you are interested in applying for benefits, please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork with you.

CattleWomen Banquet

11-15. The Phillips County Livestock Association/CattleWomen Banquet will be held Friday, November 15 at the Tin Cup. Water hole is 6 p.m. and meal is at 7 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
