One Nation, Under God

Dodson News for October 23, 2019

Terri Cole went to Helena for the weekend to visit daughters Melinda and Mary and their families. While there she visited former Malta residents, Larry and Mary Putnam who treated her to lunch. She also had lunch with former Dodson resident Sharon Munsinger, in Great Falls on her way through.

We have had several beautiful days this week, warmer and no moisture. We have also had the wind on other days, the wind seems to be a common occurrence anymore, sometime during the day you know it's going to blow. I hope you enjoy the good days when they come.

Condolences are sent to the family of Ned Mangis in his passing. Everyone knew Ned.

Everyone from the Dodson Church went to Harlem for their Fall Ham dinner at the Lutheran church there. It was a nice dinner and raffle/craft sale. It was a warm clear day and was enjoyed by all. It is always nice to see the people we know but do not see very often.

Among those claiming another year of birthdays were Betty Munson and Dora Henry----Have a good one.

Halloween is just around the corner so we hope it stays pretty nice for the little ghosts and goblins to be out. Too bad it gets dark so early--but many are brought by cars anymore.

The only thing wrong with doing nothing is that you never know when you're finished.
