One Nation, Under God

Dodson News for August 28, 2019

There were quite a few people who attended the graveside services for Merle Kaasa on Tuesday afternoon. It was a very touching service and lunch was served by the Lutheran and Catholic ladies at the Lutheran Church following the service. Sympathy to all the family and friends.

A shock to the town and community on Tuesday morning when young Caleb Ditmar, who just graduated from Dodson High School last spring, was killed in a traffic accident west of Dodson. Sympathy and condolences are sent to all his family and friends.

Wink and Terri Cole went to Billings/Laurel on Wednesday. Terri planned on pickle making with some of her girls at daughter Patty's house and the kids planned the 85th birthday for Wink.

Edward and Polly Solberg were to the dentist in Chinook on Tuesday.

We had another rain-wind-thunder-lightening storm on Thursday night. Billings Heights got hail again so we were lucky again so far.

Sandy (Bushy) Turner visited at Dora Henry's on Thursday. She had spent the summer at Harlowtown.

School has started again so kids will be busy studying and working out in sports. Be sure and watch for them as you drive!

Birthday greetings are sent out to all those having a birthday including Wink Cole and Jim Shettel and Patti Dolphay.

One of the most important things you can do on this earth is to let people know they are not alone.

Make your week a good one!
