The Phillips Conservation District will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the USDA Conference Room, 1120 Hwy 191 S, Malta, Montana. The purpose of the public hearing will be to review the conservation district final budget and to consider levying a permissive medical mill to cover the increased costs in the group’s benefits line item for FY 2020. AUDIT PUBLICATION STATEMENT
An audit of the affairs of School District Number 14A, Phillips County, Malta, Montana, has been conducted by Denning, Downey & Associates PC. The audit covered the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018. The audit also covered the Extracurricular Fund for pupil functions which is included in the financial statements of the District. A copy of the audit report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018 is on file in its entirety and is open to public inspection at the Malta Public Schools Central Office. The District will supply a copy of the audit report to any interested person upon request.

The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notification, including the record of performance of banks we own in helping to meet local credit needs.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting recording officer of the Town of Dodson, Montana (the "Town"), hereby certify that the attached resolution is a true copy of Resolution No. 3 entitled: "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE TOWN OF DODSON, MONTANA TO MODIFY AND INCREASE RATES AND CHARGES FOR USERS OF THE WATER SYSTEM" (the "Resolution"), on file in the original records of the Town in my legal custody; that the Resolution was duly adopted by the Town Council of the Town at a meeting on June 3, 2019, and that the meeting was duly held by the Town Council and was attended throughout by a quorum, pursuant to call and notice of such meeting given as required by law; and that the Resolution has not as of the date hereof been amended or repealed.
