Aging Services Ombudsman

Action for Eastern Montana is accepting applications for Aging Services Ombudsman. Job base location will be discussed at interview. This job is a 24/hour a week job. Associates degree in Human Services or related field and one year experience working with the elderly or people with disabilities preferred. Combination of higher education and experience may be used. Applicant must be able to pass initial ombudsman and information and assistance training and certification process when offered by the State. Ability to work with elderly clients, family members, and other staff preferred. Ability to organize work schedule and submit required reports timely, computer skills, maintaining confidentiality and effective communication skills required. Travel required.
