NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC OF A PROPOSED WORK CAMP
The Phillips County Planning Board will hold a Public Meeting and Public Hearing for the review of the proposed Whitewater Work Camp proposed by Trans Canada. The proposed work camp is to be located in the SE ¼ SE ¼ SW 1/4 , S27, T35N, R23E. The application will be available to the public for review at the Phillips County Clerk and Recorder’s office.
The Public Meeting and Hearing will be held on the 5th day of June, 2019, at the Phillips County Courthouse downstairs boardroom in Malta, MT at 5:30 P.M., at which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to comment.

Bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and accepted for consideration at the July regular board meeting, scheduled for 7:00 PM July 10th, 2019 at the Dodson Public School library located in Dodson, MT. Bid documents may be obtained from the office of the Clerk, Dodson Public Schools. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided in the bid documents. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Dodson Public Schools announces the sponsorship of the Simplified Summer Food Program for children. Meals will be made available at no charge to attending children 18 years of age and younger in the Dodson area. Children who are members of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) assistance units, or households receiving Food Distribution Programs on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) benefits are automatically eligible to receive free meal benefits at eligible program sites (enrolled summer programs or residential summer camps). Other children from families whose income is at or below the levels in the following table are also eligible for free meal benefits if enrolled in a program offered at our site(s):

NOTICE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE
All 2019 Personal Property taxes in Phillips County have been mailed. The 2019 Personal Property taxes are due in one payment by 5:00 p.m. on or before June 28, 2019. If the taxes are not paid by this date, the amount payable is delinquent and draws interest at the rate of 5/6 of 1% a month until paid and 2% must be added to the delinquent taxes as a penalty (MCA 15-16-119).
