The Board of Oil and Gas Conservation of the State of Montana will hold its business meeting on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. in the hearing room at its office at 2535 St. Johns Avenue in Billings, Montana. The agenda for that meeting is as follows:

SHOW-CAUSE HEARING
RESPONDENT: TOPAZ OIL & GAS INC – PHILLIPS COUNTY, MONTANA
Upon the Board’s own motion to require Topaz Oil & Gas Inc to appear and show cause, if any it has, why additional penalties should not be imposed for failure to file production reports and to pay the administrative penalty assessed for delinquent reporting. In accordance with Board policy the amount due now is $220.00. This docket will be dismissed if payment and reports are received prior to the hearing. Failure to appear at the Show Cause hearing or to make suitable arrangements prior to said hearing subjects Topaz Oil & Gas Inc to further penalties as prescribed by Board Policy.

Notice of Intent to Transfer Location of Air Quality Permit (Pursuant to Section 75-2-211, MCA, and ARM Title 17, Chapter 8, Subchapter 7, PERMIT, CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF AIR CONTAMINANT SOURCES).
Century Companies, Inc. will file on or about 5/10/19 notification of intent to transfer location of an air quality permit with The Permitting and Compliance Division/Air and Waste Management Bureau of the Montana Department Environmental Quality. Applicant seeks approval of its transfer of location of Portable Asphalt Plant Air Quality Permit # 2641 to Sect 8, T25N, R26E, Phillips County
16.5 miles NE of DY JCT on HWY 191, Left on BIA Route 15, go 2 miles. Left onto private road, approx. 1 mile.
The division must approve or disapprove the permit transfer within 30 days of receipt of a complete notice of intent. Any member of the public with question or who wishes to review a copy of the permit and the division's analysis of it, or to submit comments on the change of location must contact the division at 1520 East Sixth Ave., P. Any comments on the location transfer must be submitted to the division within 15 days after the date of this publication.

The Dodson Public Schools announces the sponsorship of the Simplified Summer Food Program for children. Meals will be made available at no charge to attending children 18 years of age and younger in the Dodson area. Children who are members of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) assistance units, or households receiving Food Distribution Programs on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) benefits are automatically eligible to receive free meal benefits at eligible program sites (enrolled summer programs or residential summer camps). Other children from families whose income is at or below the levels in the following table are also eligible for free meal benefits if enrolled in a program offered at our site(s):

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC OF A PROPOSED WORK CAMP
The Phillips County Planning Board will hold a Public Meeting and Public Hearing for the review of the proposed Whitewater Work Camp proposed by Trans Canada. The proposed work camp is to be located in the SE ¼ SE ¼ SW 1/4 , S27, T35N, R23E. The application will be available to the public for review at the Phillips County Clerk and Recorder’s office.
The Public Meeting and Hearing will be held on the 5th day of June, 2019, at the Phillips County Courthouse downstairs boardroom in Malta, MT at 5:30 P.M., at which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to comment.
