It’s May! Happy birthday to all celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, and Mother’s Day.

April was a busy month in Whitewater. There was a carnival at Penguin Hall at Whitewater School and there were many games for the children; also Bingo for adults. I played and won homemade cookies. Lunch was homemade pizza. Always fun.

There was a junior high track meet in Whitewater on April 25. The children all did well in spite of the wind. A hamburger picnic was had at the meet.

Sunday, 4-28, was Polka Sunday at Whitewater Lutheran Church. Nancy Murdock and Mr. Engebretson played lovely church music...
