The Board of Trustees of the Malta School District recently approved the ballot measures which will be arriving in the mail shortly.
There are two issues on the ballot that need to be explained. The Malta School District has not requested a General Fund Mill Levy increase since 2012. The $28,581.68 that has been placed on the ballot represents a 3.77 mill increase. Those mills would impact a $100,000 home by $5.08 annually and a $200,000 home $10.17 annually.
