Alzheimer's Meeting

Monthly: Alzheimer's Meeting every second Tuesday of the month at Hi-Line Retirement Center dining room at 7:30 p.m. Call with questions, 654-1190.

New Disabled American Veterans Coordination (DAV)

The new DAV coordinator is Malta's Ken Ruzicka and his phone number is 406-654-7243.

Montana Veterans Affairs

3-14. Judy Loendorf and/or Steve Mulonet, Service Officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs will be visiting Malta City Hall on Thursday, March 14, from 9:30 until 11 a.m. to meet with Veterans who are interested in applying for benefits. If you are interested in applying for benefits, please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork with you.

40th Annual Ag Day

3-15. The 40th Annual Ag Day will once again be held at the Malta City Hall on Friday March 15. More information to follow.

Senior Center Corned beef and cabbage

3-16. On Saturday, March 16, a corned beef and free-will donation cabbage meal will be served at the Malta Senior Center starting at 11 a.m. and running until 1:30 p.m. All ages welcome and need not be a member to attend.

Kiwanis Meeting

3-19. The Malta Kiwanis will meet on Tuesday, March 19 at 6 p.m. at Westside Restaurant. Remember; Kids Need Kiwanis and Kiwanis Needs You.

Malta Trails Meeting

3-21. We will have a Malta Trails Meeting on March 21, 2019 at 5:45 for board members and 6 p.m. for the regular meeting. It will be at Stretch's Pizza. I am ordering a pizza for the 6 p.m. meeting! Hope to see you there!

PhillCo Economic Growth Council REM excercise

3-27. The PhillCo Economic Growth Council invites you to participate on Wednesday, March 27th in a Ripple Effects Mapping (REM) exercise and help map the history of what Malta and Phillips County has accomplished since our MEDA (Montana Economic Developers Association) Resource Assessment held in 2015. Noon to 2 p.m. at the GN Lodgeroom. More information in next week’s PCN.

Tri-County Farmers Mutual Insurance Annual Meeting

3-29. The annual meeting of Tri-County Farmers Mutual Insurance Company

will be held on Friday, March 29, at 2 p.m. at the Great Northern Hotel. Policyholders are welcome to attend.
