Vendor announcements for March 15th Ag Day in Malta

Friday, March 15, will be celebrated as National Ag Day in Phillips County at the City Hall in Malta. All businesses are invited to participate, and commercial booths will be available. This event is sponsored by the Phillips County Cattlewomen and the Phillips County Extension Office.

Each business or organization will be permitted either a 6 or 8-foot booth for an Ag or community health display. If you have your own table that you’d like to use, please let us know.

The following rules are to be adhered to:

1. If you need power for your booth, please let us know. Power sources are limited.

2. SALES PERMITTED

3. Booths are to be in place and ready for the public by 11 a.m. and the event lasts until 3 p.m. You may begin setting up your booth at 9 a.m.

4. Each booth will be responsible for their area and for cleanup.

5. You will be charged a $25 fee if you do not clean up your area and put your table away.

6. Your business or organization may hold a contest with a grand.

If you are interested in obtaining a booth, please call the Phillips County Extension Office at 654-2543, or send a written reply to PO Box 430, Malta, MT, 59538. There are only 35 booths, and they will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Deadline for reserving a booth is March 11, 2019.

The Phillips County Volunteer Fire Department will be serving their annual fish and burger meal at the Fire Hall beginning at 11 a.m.
