Full Time Bus Driver
Phillips Transit Authority is accepting applications for a Full Time bus driver. Summary of work includes providing transportation to the general public for meals, work, medical, schooling, social events and some out of town travel. Part-time Dispatcher Opening
The Phillips County Sheriff’s Office has an opening for one part-time public safety communicator (9-1-1 dispatcher). The position requires the ability to speak English clearly; communicate accurately under stressful, confused or hectic circumstances; record names and numbers rapidly and accurately and to quickly recall details and essential information; be familiar with standardized emergency and non-emergency dispatch rules, procedures, and operations; be able to multitask to dispatch EMS, Fire, and Law Enforcement as well as field phone calls at the same time; to work as a team member, and to establish and maintain good working relationships with other staff and the public.
Starting wage is $14.08/hour with a $1/hour raise upon completion of a 6-month probationary period. Must be able to work all shifts; nights, days, weekends, and fill in when necessary.
