Charles “Norm” Spoonheim, 85, passed away due to natural causes on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at Riverstone Hospice in Billings. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at Turner Christian Church. Burial will follow in the Turner Cemetery.
