Mavs fall to Wolf Point; Will face Malta

The North Country Mavericks lost their lone game of the team, as the team faced the Wolf Point Lady Wolves on Saturday, September 22.

The team lost in the sets and the scores were 25-10, 25-11, and 25-11.

The Mavericks were led by Kaitlyn McColly, who had three of the team's seven kills and five of the team's 27 digs.

Elise Strommen led the team in digs with seven. Danika Soper and Emilie Carrillo also had five digs. Soper had three of four team assists and an ace. Sarah Boucher had the team's other ace. Kelsee Cummings had two of the team's five blocks.

The Mavericks will face another tough challenge this Thursday, September 27, as they travel to Malta to take on the M-ettes.
