August 4, 2018
12:39 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.
1:46 a.m. Female requested a welfare check on a male; Deputy responded to the call; female advised male had made it to their residence and was okay.
3:50 a.m. PC Hospital requested law enforcement assistance with an assault victim at the hospital; Deputies and Reserve Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
5:31 a.m. Deputies transported one adult male, Anthony Sudduth, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Partner/Family Member Assault charges.
8:20 a.m. Male reported a cut in his tire; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
9:31 a.m. Male reported a dog running with a leash north of Dodson.
9:51 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for an unresponsive female; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.
11:00 a.m. Female reported an overdue male; Deputy responded to the call; male found at another location and was okay.
11:24 a.m. Local Ambulance reported to the PC Fairgrounds for fair coverage.
12:28 p.m. Female reported the missing dog she reported had been located.
12:33 p.m. Male reported females taking items off of his property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
1:47 p.m. Deputy released one adult male, Elijah Matt, from PCSO Jail on bond and given a Notice to Appear in JP Court.
2:38 p.m. Deputy reported individuals with vehicle problems needing phone numbers for local mechanic businesses; individuals given the phone numbers.
10:23 p.m. Male reported another male trying to stop traffic on Central Ave, in the downtown Malta area; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, male was waiting for his ride as he was intoxicated.
11:46 p.m. Female reported a dead deer in the driving lane near the Sleeping Buffalo turnoff; Deputy responded to the call and removed the deer.
August 5, 2018
2:27 a.m. Ft Belknap LE reported a vehicle parked in the middle of Route 66 on the Phillips Co side; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, firefighter had stopped to rest; family member contacted to come and drive him home.
10:27 a.m. Local Ambulance reported to the PC Fairgrounds for fair coverage.
11:43 a.m. BNSF Police reported a juvenile crossing the tracks near Dodson; no one else was with the child; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay.
12:24 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible semi with equipment on fire near Saco on Hwy 2; Reserve Deputy responded to the call; found to be a pick up that had overheated and it was not on fire.
2:35 p.m. Female reported a possible break-in to her residence; Undersheriff responded to the call; all found to be okay and no burglary to the house.
4:02 p.m. Deputy reported a fender/bender at the PC Fairgrounds; case file started.
4:15 p.m. Female reported strange driving behavior by a vehicle on Hwy 191 south of Malta; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle not located.
7:34 p.m. Deputy received a report of a possible DUI on Hwy 2, westbound from Dodson; vehicle not located between Dodson and Phillips/Blaine Co line; information passed onto Ft Belknap LE.
9:03 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.
9:15 p.m. Female reported kids on bikes weaving in and out of traffic; Deputy responded to the call; juveniles located and advised to stay out of traffic.
9:39 p.m. 911 received reporting a horse trailer that did not have headlights or tail lights, just west of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and found to not have the electrical pigtail plugged in.
10:06 p.m. Reserve Deputy reported a disabled vehicle on Hwy 2, west of Saco; driver would be staying in it for the night until help arrived.
10:22 p.m. Female reported a street sign that was knocked down in the Hillcrest area; information passed onto City employee the next morning.
10:25 p.m. Reserve Deputy performed security checks in the Saco area.
August 6, 2018
3:28 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.
10:25 a.m. Female reported damage to a storage unit building; Sheriff responded to the call; case file started.
11:00 a.m. Undersheriff transported one adult male, Chanyng Stevenson, from Valley Co Detention back to PC Jail for court appearance.
11:09 a.m. Male reported a male who might be in the Phillips Co area; last seen in Canada near the US Border; Sheriff responded to the call; case file started.
1:53 p.m. Life Alert requested an ambulance for an unresponsive alert button push at a local residence; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient found to be okay and refused medical assistance.
2:12 p.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Chanyng Stevenson, from PCSO Jail on time served.
2:28 p.m. Female reported a credit card scam.
2:57 p.m. Local convenience store reported a fuel drive off; information passed onto MHP Dispatch.
3:00 p.m. Blaine Co SO served a local warrant on one adult female, Kiahmara Cuesta; female later transported to PCSO Jail by BCSO Undersheriff for local court appearance.
3:13 p.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Anthony Sudduth, from PCSO Jail on own recognizance.
6:57 p.m. Male reported a lost cell phone.
7:26 p.m. 911 received reporting a male “with his head hanging out of the driver’s side” of a vehicle on Hwy 2, west of Saco; Deputy responded to the call; male had a flat tire and needed a jack/lug wrench to change it; local wrecker service responded to the call and assisted the driver.
8:28 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on a male, possibly in the Saco area; caller was not sure exactly where he might be; Deputy responded to the call; male not located in the Saco area.
9:21 p.m. Female reported her neighbor was “flipping out”; Deputy responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.
August 7, 2018
2:23 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.
10:40 a.m. Male requested assistance for an elderly male who was possibly stranded at the Malta Depot; information passed onto local Ministerial Association.
1:10 p.m. City employee reported a vehicle without power causing a road hazard on Central Ave; Undersheriff responded to the call; semi and tanker later got power and went on its way.
3:27 p.m. Female filed a verbal complaint about the semi-trucks and trailers on Hwy 243; have caused lots of damage to the delineators and almost caused a wreck with a family member; information passed onto Undersheriff.
6:41 p.m. Deputy transported one adult female, Kiahmara Cuesta, from PCSO Jail to Valley Co Detention to serve time on sentencing.
August 8, 2018
1:02 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.
1:08 a.m. Local business requested a Deputy check out a truck driver in their parking lot; male had a left an unwanted and provocative note on an employee’s vehicle; Deputies and local BP Agent responded to the call; male located and advised to not do it again.
11:02 a.m. Undersheriff marked an abandoned vehicle for removal from a residential area.
