3:06 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from noon today until 9pm Saturday.

3:52 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

7:17 a.m. Female reported a vehicle speeding by the caller’s business; seems to occur at the same time every day; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and driver advised.

10:17 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9pm Saturday.

2:52 p.m. US Customs & Border Protection Officer requested PCSO assistance at the Port of Morgan; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

6:52 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9pm Saturday.

9:53 p.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Saco area.

June 2, 2018

2:02 a.m. Deputy performed building checks in the Malta area.

3:04 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9pm tonight.

6:53 a.m. Female reported a missing dog; dog later located and returned to owner.

7:13 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with traffic control for the Color Run; Deputy handled the call.

2:25 p.m. Female reported individuals taking items from a deceased individuals residence; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, they were supposed to be there.

2:27 p.m. Deputy received a report of a verbal dispute between two individuals in the downtown area; situation was dissolved and individuals left the location without further incident.

2:44 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the PCMS Drag Strip for the races.

3:18 p.m. Local Fire Dept reported to the PCMS Drag Strip for the races.

4:11 p.m. Female reported a possible violation of a Protection Order; Deputy responded to the call; individual located and advised they had not been anywhere near the female.

6:45 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the Milk River Pavilion for the MMA fights.

6:59 p.m. Reserve Deputy performed building checks in the Dodson area.

7:17 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is cancelled.

9:27 p.m. PC Hospital reported an individual had been bitten by a dog; Deputy and ACO responded to the call; case file started.

9:48 p.m. Deputy removed a cat from a residential street that had been run over.

10:21 p.m. Deputy performed building checks in the Malta area.

11:19 p.m. Reserve Deputy performed building checks in the Sleeping Buffalo and Saco areas.

3:29 a.m. Deputy performed building checks in the Malta area.

4:05 a.m. Local business requested extra patrol through their parking lot; suspicious activity outside of the building; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be quiet upon Deputy’s arrival.

9:21 a.m. Local Ambulance and Fire Dept reported to the PCMS Drag Strip for the races.

10:26 a.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle had been “egged” the night before; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

12:25 p.m. Female reported a possible violation of a Protection Order; Deputy respond-ed to the call; individual located and advised they had not been anywhere near the female.

2:20 p.m. Local Ambulance transported a patient from the PCMS Drag Strip to the PC Hospital; patient dropped off at the hospital and the ambulance returned to the drag strip.

3:26 p.m. Female reported a vehicle “all over the road”, on Hwy 2, westbound towards Malta; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle located and all was okay; driver was just “sightseeing”.

8:32 p.m. Female filed a written complaint about a vehicle speeding and almost causing an accident; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located, driver written a citation for Careless Driving.

8:33 p.m. Reserve Deputy performed building checks in the Dodson area.

10:45 p.m. Deputy incarcerated one adult male, Garren Kirkwood, into PCSO Jail to serve time on a Misdemeanor Probation Warrant.

11:11 p.m. Reserve Deputy performed building checks in the Sleeping Buffalo and Saco areas.

June 4, 2018

1:07 a.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Malta area.

9:47 a.m. Male reported an assault; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

11:54 a.m. Female filed a written complaint regarding an on-going possible Protection Order Violation; Undersheriff handled the call; male found to be not in violation of the order.

2:22 p.m. Male reported damage to his property; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

3:56 p.m. Local apartment complex manager requested assistance with an abandoned vehicle; Deputy handled the call.

3:58 p.m. Male reported seeing black smoke off of the Regina Road, south of Malta; Undersheriff responded to the call; no smoke located.

4:10 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for southern Phillips until 515pm; dime sized hail and wind gusts up to 50-55mph are possible.

4:38 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for southeastern Phillips Co until 530pm; 60mph gusts and half dollar sized hail are possible.

4:39 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for northeastern Phillips until 530pm; half inch hail and wind gusts up to 50mph are possible.

4:58 p.m. Reserve Deputy performed a citizen assist with a vehicle that was overheated on Hwy 2, east of Malta; mechanic later responded to the location and assisted the driver with fixing the vehicle.

5:04 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for southeastern Phillips until 6pm; dime sized hail and wind gusts up to 50mph are possible.

5:35 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for northeastern Phillips until 630pm; dime sized hail and wind gusts up to 40mph are possible.

6:08 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for central and southeastern Phillips until 715pm; nickel sized hail and 40mph gusts are possible.

7:21 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for central and southeastern Phillips Co until 815pm; small hail and 40mph winds are possible.

7:24 p.m. Male reported an individual in the bar that was not supposed to be; Deputy responded to the call; male not in the location.

8:56 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for southern Phillips Co until 10pm; quarter sized hail and 60mph gusts are possible.

9:50 p.m. 911 received reporting an electrical wire fire on Old Hwy 2, east of Malta; Deputy, local Fire Dept and NorthWestern Energy responded to the call; fire later controlled and extinguished.

10:02 p.m. Reserve Deputy performed security checks in the Saco area.

June 5, 2018

1:15 a.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Malta area.

9:45 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a female in distress; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

9:57 a.m. Female reported a semi truck just blew a tire near the Underpass and wanted us to know in case we get any calls regarding a loud noise in that area.

10:00 a.m. Male reported an overdue family member that was in Malta last night; family member later located and was okay.

10:03 a.m. Male reported an erratic vehicle on Central Ave in Malta; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle located and driving was okay.

10:10 a.m. 911 received reporting a personal vehicle transport of a male having a possible heart attack; information passed onto PC Hospital.

1:06 p.m. Female reported a car, with its lights on, stopped at a stop sign off of Hwy 2, east of Malta; caller didn’t know if anyone was around it or not; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle not at the reported location.

1:53 p.m. BNSF Police reported a crossing arm malfunction at the Bowdoin crossing, east of Malta and a maintainer was enroute to repair it.

3:16 p.m. Local MHP Trooper requested an ambulance for an individual involved in a vehicle/bicycle accident near the Hwy 2/191 junction; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

6:18 p.m. Ft Belknap LE received a report of a male “staggering into traffic” on Route 66, on the Phillips Co side; Deputy responded to the call; male not located; male later located by Ft Belknap LE as they had been given the wrong location information.

7:49 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a third party violation of a Protection Order; Deputy responded to the call; male given a verbal warning and information passed onto his Probation Officer.

7:59 p.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Zortman and Camp Creek areas.

8:39 p.m. Female reported the coin water house for City water wasn’t working; information passed onto City employee.

8:54 p.m. 911 received reporting a fender/bender at a local convenience store; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

June 6, 2018

6:12 a.m. Male reported a vehicle/cow accident that occurred the night before; caller only wanted it reported as the cow died; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

2:30 p.m. Male reported a fire in the cottonwoods along the river, north of Malta; local MHP Trooper and Malta FD responded to the call; fire later controlled, monitored and extinguished.

4:07 p.m. Female reported finding drug paraphernalia in their yard; Deputy responded to the call and removed the property.

4:53 p.m. Female reported a fire north of Malta off of Hwy 191 near the Milk River; local FD responded to the call; no new fire located, just the smoldering trees.

6:54 p.m. Male filed a verbal complaint regarding a threatening phone call they re-ceived; Deputy handled the call.

8:42 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 945pm for central Phillips Co; dime sized hail and 40mph gusts are possible.

8:50 p.m. Deputy released one adult male, Garren Kirkwood, from PCSO Jail on time served.

10:34 p.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Malta area.

11:13 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female having a possible heart attack in the Saco area; Saco EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

June 7, 2018

12:07 a.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Malta area.

1:58 a.m. Deputy performed building security checks in the Dodson area.

12:07 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for southwestern Phillips Co until 1245pm; nickel sized hail and 40mph gusts are possible.

12:46 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for central Phillips until 130pm; dime sized hail and 40mph winds are possible.

1:28 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for north central Phillips until 230pm; dime sized hail and 40mph gusts are possible.

7:09 p.m. Male reported the abandoned vehicle behind a local business had been removed.

7:48 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible altercation at a neighbor’s apartment; Deputies responded to the call; female left the location and went to stay with family in another town; case file started.

7:57 p.m. Female reported an individual had backed into the caller’s trailer; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

9:08 p.m. Williston PD Officer requested PCSO assistance with a death notification; Deputy handled the call.

9:19 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Ryan Turcotte, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Partner/Family Member Assault charges.

9:26 p.m. Havre PD requested PCSO assistance with a possibly suicidal female who might be in the Phillips Co area; Deputies, local MHP Trooper and Border Patrol Agent responded to the call; vehicle was later located near the railroad tracks, west of Malta; BNSF Police advised of the call; female located and was okay; case file started.

10:32 p.m. Ft Belknap LE requested PCSO assistance with a Trespass and possible Theft of livestock situation; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

June 8, 2018

12:21 a.m. Big Flat Electric reported to the Lodgepole area for outages.

3:14 a.m. PC Hospital requested law enforcement assistance with a patient; Deputies and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; situation resolved for the night.

3:15 a.m. Deputy performed building checks in the Malta area.

3:26 a.m. LifeLine requested a lift assist for a client who had fallen; Deputy and one EMT handled the call.

8:01 a.m. Female reported missing livestock; information passed onto Livestock Inspector.

8:05 a.m. Local Ambulance transported a patient to the Billings hospital for mental evaluation.

9:06 a.m. BNSF Police requested assistance with a suspicious vehicle near the rail-road tracks east of Malta; Reserve Deputy responded to the call; vehicle found to be locked up and away from the tracks.

9:21 a.m. Male reported another male voicing threats; Reserve Deputy handled the call.

10:08 a.m. Reserve Deputy performed security checks in the Sleeping Buffalo and Nelson Reservoir areas.

12:50 p.m. Reserve Deputy reported seeing smoke west of Malta; fire located and found to be an unreported controlled burn.

1:42 p.m. Male reported he lost his wallet.

9:05 p.m. Male reported a possibly missing pig.

9:18 p.m. Female reported a stray dog at her residence on the Sun Prairie Road, south of Malta.
