Irrigation Demosssing

The Malta Irrigation District has a tentative date for demossing of the canals for Monday, June 25th and expects to be completed by Thursday, July 5th.

Dates are subject to change. Please contact the Malta Irrigation office at 654-1440 for any questions.

MRWT Planning Meeting

6-21. The Milk River Wagon Train planning meeting will be at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, June 21, at Stretch's Casino Room.

Malta Lutheran 100th

6-23 & 6-24. The Malta Lutheran Church will be having their 100th Anniversary service and celebration on June 24. Previous pastors will be attending dinner and fellowship on June 23. All are welcome. Call the Parish office with any questions, 654-1434. See ad on page 3A.

MR Gospel Jamboree

6-22 through 24. The 17th Annual Milk River Gospel Jamboree will be held for three days in June (6-22, 23, and 24) at the Malta High School Auditorium with eight performing groups from Canada and US.

Fr. Corey 10-year Celebration

6-24. Following Mass at St, Mary's Parish on Sunday, June 24, there will be a 10-year anniversary celebration of Fr. Cory's Ordination with a BBQ. Everyone is welcome.

Farmers Market

6-26. The Malta Chamber Farmers Market will be Tuesday, June 26 , from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Trafton Park.

Kid’s Rodeo

7-4. The Blaine County Kid’s Rodeo will be Wednesday, July 4, starting at 1 p.m. Entry forms can be obtained by calling Courtney Bell at 357-3166.

Kilted Man

7-16. Matthew Gurnsey, the Kilted Man, will be giving a free performance at the PC Library on Monday, July 16 from 6 to 7 p.m.

First State Bank E-waste Event

8-4. On Saturday, August 4, Malta First State Bank will be hosting an E-waste recycling event in Malta. More information as the events draws closer.
