One Nation, Under God

Dodson News May 2, 2018

There were walks for Missing or Abused Indigenous Women (mostly Native American) in Dodson and Malta on Saturday. Terri Cole walked in both and Kathleen Hughs participated in the Dodson walk which was made up of about 50 people from young people to adults. It was good if a slightly windy day.

Water is still around and the Milk River is still out of its banks. Dodson Creek has been flowing and with the river so full cannot get away so has been coming back toward Dodson, flooding a little in the south end of town but so far not into houses.

Only a few short weeks of school left as we start May with warmer days and lots of green showing around.

Get well wishes are sent to Shep Gilmore.

Wink and Terri Cole were in Malta on Wednesday.

Dora Henry spent Tuesday in Havre.

Nice to have Polly Solberg around again after her stay in Ismay.

Happy Birthday to all having a birthday this week.

Whoever said "What you see is what you get" never ordered from a spring seed catalog.

Have a good week!
