Legal ads for April 25, 2018

All 2018 Mobile Home tax statements in Phillips County have been mailed. The first half of 2018 Mobile Home taxes are due by 5:00 p.m. on or before Friday, May 31, 2018 and the second half taxes are due by 5:00 p.m. on or before November 30, 2018. If the first and second halves are not paid, the amount payable is delinquent and draws interest at the rate of 5/6 of 1% a month after the delinquency until paid and 2% must be added to the delinquent taxes as a penalty (MCA 15-16-102).
