One Nation, Under God
Although the first day of spring is this week, the weather still stays in winter mode.
We had a very heavy fog Tuesday and Wednesday until noon. It rained on Thursday and it snowed a soft snow all day Friday, giving us inches of new snow. The school enjoyed a week of spring break last week.
Polly Solberg and Dora Henry attended the Seed Show in Harlem on Saturday.
Wink and Terri Cole were in Glasgow on Wednesday for appointments and visiting.
Dora Henry attended a Council on Aging meeting in Malta on Wednesday.
Steve and Judy Henry were up from Laurel on Thursday and took Dora's computer in for repair after it crashed.
Tammy Voise had back surgery in Billings on Thursday. We all wish her a speedy recovery. If anyone would like to send her a card during her recovery, her address is: Tammy Voise, New Hope Rehab Room #469, 1233 North 30th St., Billings, MT, 59101.
Terri Cole flew to Seattle a few weekends ago with her daughter Kathy Coppedge of Denton, to attend the baby shower of Kathy's daughter Trish McCosh. Terri reports flowers blooming and green grass in Seattle. The following weekend, Terri went to Helena to watch grand daughters Rylee and Kodee Cummings play in a basketball tournamnet Sunday after church having breakfast with daughter Mary Cole.
Birthday greetings go to Carol Kienenberger and Sandra Calk and everyone else having a birthday this week.
Mercy, among the virtues, is like the moon among the stars....It is the light that hovers above the judgement seat.
Sunday was beautiful in the afternoon after the morning blizzard. Maybe spring is coming as the gophers were out. Have a great week.
