Friends of Tommy Jam

3-3. On Saturday, March 3, Lorraine Watson and Family invite you to a night of music by friends of Tom Tommy Watson at the VFW Club in Malta. Dinner will be served from 5 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. and music starts at 7 p.m.

Malta Dirt Daubers meeting

3-5. The Malta Dirt Daubers will meet on Monday, March 5, at 5:30 p.m. at the home of Toni Ziegler. We will be building bee houses. For more info phone Toni at 654-1187.

Free QuickBooks Class

3-5 & 7. A free, two-night Quickbooks class will be held on Monday and Wednesday, March 3 and 5, at the PC Library Conference Room from 5:30 until 8:30 p.m. Spots are by RSVP only. Contact Ashley Stuart at 654-5525 or [email protected] to register or for more information.

Malta Child Find Preschool Screening

3-14. Hi-Line Home Programs, in cooperation with Malta Public Schools, will offer a free developmental assessment for children ages birth—through the day before their third birthday on Wednesday, March 14, from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. at the Malta Lutheran Church, 316 S 3rd Ave W.

Please bring your child, even if you do not have a current concern about their development. It only takes about 20 minutes to complete the assessment, and your child will receive a free book. The screening also includes a free audiology exam. You will receive a full developmental report in the mail which includes information about how to further your child’s development.

Malta Trails Meeting

3-14. The Malta Trails Meeting is Tuesday, March 13 at Stretches Casino Room starting at 6 p.m. All Board members please attend.

Montana Veterans Affairs

3-15. Judy Loendorf and/or Steve Mulonet, Service Officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs will be visiting Malta City Hall on Thursday, March 15, from 9:30 until 11 a.m. to meet with Veterans who are interested in applying for benefits. If you are interested in applying for benefits, please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork with you.
