Patricia Ann LaSante Davis

MALTA-Patricia Ann LaSante Davis, age 81, passed away on December 24, 2017 at Sweet Memorial Home in Chinook, Mont., where she has resided for the last year and a half.

Rosary was held at Kirkwood Memorial Chapel, 6:30 pm, on Friday, December 29. Funeral Mass was held at St. Mary's Catholic Church on Saturday, December 30 at 10:00 a.m., with Internment following at the Malta Cemetery. A luncheon at St. Mary's was provided. Patricia was born April 8, 1936 at Ft. Belknap Agency to Pat Barrows and Edna (Bishop) Barrows. She was later adopted by Joseph and Josephine (Doney) LaSante. Patricia graduated from Malta High School in 1954 and married Floyd Wesley Davis on June 1st of the same year. Together they lived in Zortman and worked at the McChesney Ranch until they purchased their own ranch north of Malta, on Cottonwood Creek in 1958. They had three children, Joseph, Stanley and Susan.

Survivors include her children, Joseph (LaRae) Davis of Wolf Point, Stanley (Cindy) Davis and Susan (John Dovre) Davis of Malta; nine grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd in 1991; her mother Josephine (Armand) Tremblay, siblings: June, James and Glen.
