Dodson News for December 20, 2017

Polly Solberg returned home after spending several days visiting son Tim's family in Billings and attending the speech meet in Roundup.

Dora Henry was in Malta to a Council on Aging meeting on Wednesday.

The water breaks all seem to be fixed again and everyone is glad it was not off any longer than it was and the weather stayed nice while they were working so they could get it done quite fast.

Terri Cole was in Billings this week on business.

Steve and Tara Cole were up to services at the Catholic Church in Dodson on Sunday and then visited at Wink and Terri's house and cooked breakfast. Steve seems to love to cook.

Christmas Eve services on Sunday December 24th at the Dodson Lutheran Church will be at 4:00 pm There will not be a morning service. There will not be services on Sunday December 31, New Years Eve.

So far we still have not had the snow that has been reported all around, especially to the west and south. We had a small amount of rain this week but that quickly disappeared with the wind and warmer days.

The Ladies of the Catholic Church treated the elderly and disabled with a selection of goodies delivered to them on Sunday.

Birthday greetings are sent to Joe Rattey and Robert Dolphay and Terri Cole and all others celebrating a birthday through this week. Anniversary greetings are sent to Jerry and Bonnie Lankford.

For the spirit of Christmas fulfills the greatest hunger of mankind. Tis the season, HE is the reason.
