November 27, 2017

2:59 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with removing two individuals from a business; Sheriff and Undersheriff responded to the call; individuals left the location without further incident.

4:44 p.m. Reserve Deputy transported one juvenile to Havre PD to exchange custody with Cascade Co Juvenile Detention Center.

7:58 p.m. Individuals given a one night stay motel voucher through the local Ministerial Assistance.

November 28, 2017

2:51 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

6:07 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a deceased male at a Saco residence; Undersheriff responded to the location; coroner case file started.

12:15 p.m. 911 received reporting a truck on fire in Hays; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

4:32 p.m. Deputies served a Valley Co SO warrant on one adult female, Georgeena Nivens; female later transported to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on that warrant.

4:36 p.m. Male reported a non-injury vehicle/deer accident by the old Malta Auto building; Un-dersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

5:28 p.m. Deputy released one adult female, Georgeena Nivens, from PCSO Jail on bond and issued a Notice to Appear in Valley Co Justice Court.

5:44 p.m. Male reported a missing pouch of keys.

November 29, 2017

8:50 a.m. High Wind Warning in effect until 3pm for southwest Phillips Co.

12:25 p.m. Female reported tires being shot on a vehicle at a Dodson residence; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

1:08 p.m. High Wind Warning is canceled for southwest Phillips Co.

9:40 p.m. Male reported a vehicle door left open for several hours; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle door found to be broken, door closed as much as it could be for the night.

November 30, 2017

12:32 p.m. Male reported a “threat of violence” to his person; Deputy handled the call.

2:05 p.m. Deputy incarcerated one adult male, Garren Kirkwood, into PCSO Jail on Theft x6; male later transported to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time on sentencing.

4:02 p.m. Male reported fire coming from a pipe near a local business; business contacted and all was okay, just burning off excess gas.

8:43 p.m. Female reported a suspicious vehicle behind a local business; Deputies responded to the call; owner of the vehicle was not on scene but was later located and advised to move the vehicle.

December 1, 2017

2:37 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

10:54 a.m. Males requested law enforcement assistance with getting property back from a rental house; Deputy responded to the call and advised they needed to talk to the Justice of the Peace.

2:17 p.m. Blaine Co SO received a report of a structure fire on the Savoy Road, west of Dodson; Deputy, Malta FD, Blaine Co FD, Ft Belknap Forestry and local EMT Crew responded to the call; NorthWestern Energy also responded to the call; fire later contained and extinguished.

7:28 p.m. Male passerby reported a vehicle/deer accident east of Malta on Hwy 2; deer was still in the middle of the Hwy; Deputy responded to the call; MHP Dispatch had also been called; MHP Trooper handled the crash.

9:06 p.m. Deputy incarcerated one adult male, Brian Wiese, into PCSO Jail to serve time on a Misdemeanor Probation Warrant.

December 2, 2017

1:09am Local tavern requested law enforcement assistance with removing an unruly patron; Deputies responded to the call; male left the location before law enforcement arrival.

8:37am 911 received requesting an ambulance at a local business for a female who fell and hit her head; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital by personal vehicle.

8:50am Deputy removed dead deer from Hwy 2, east of Malta.

10:03am Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a juvenile; Deputy handled the call.

11:39am Female reported a possible theft of a vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle later located and was not stolen.

1:03pm Male reported an elderly individual going to a residence and was not wanted there; Deputies responded to the call; found to be another individual going to the elderly person’s residence at all hours; was to only be there during the day or evening; situation taken care of without further incident.

1:32pm Male requested law enforcement assistance with a tenant; Deputy responded to the call; tenant located and all was okay.

1:35pm Female reported a stolen bicycle.

2:57pm Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 3am to 6pm Sunday for southwest Phillips Co.

7:23pm Deputy received a report of an individual driving erratically near a local business with lots of juveniles around the area; vehicle left the scene before law enforcement arrival; vehicle and driver located; citation issued.

9:54pm Deputy performed security checks in the Wagner area.

December 3, 2017

3:25am Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

3:53am Winter Weather Advisory now in effect until 11pm this evening for southwest Phillips Co.

4:03am Deputy advised a building door was left open; building was searched and all was okay.

8:22am Male reported a dead deer on Hwy 2, west of Dodson; Ft Belknap advised of the call and removed the deer.

1:01pm Female reported the bicycle reported as stolen had been returned.

2:17pm Winter Weather Advisory is canceled for southwest Phillips Co.

2:20pm Valley Co SO received a request for a tow truck out of Phillips Co for a disabled vehicle just across the county line; information passed onto rotational wrecker service.

10:16pm Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

11:11pm Male reported receiving threats and requested extra patrol around his residence; Deputies advised of the call.

December 4, 2017

10:56am MT Dept of Transportation employee reported an injured deer on Hwy 2, east of Malta; Undersheriff responded to the call and humanely euthanized the deer.

1:13pm Male reported missing livestock; information passed onto Livestock Inspector.

7:48pm Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving another female; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

11:44pm Female requested assistance for a family member having a mental break-down; Deputies responded to the call; female taken to the PC Hospital for evaluation.

December 5, 2017

6:05am Female reported an injured deer near the Robinson house by the PC Museum; information passed onto local Fish & Game Warden.

10:06am Male reported a phone scam involving a family member in jail.

2:20pm Undersheriff incarcerated one adult male, Christopher Embree, into PCSO Jail to serve time on a Misdemeanor Probation warrant.

3:02pm Undersheriff served a Havre PD warrant on one adult male, Tyrell Chandler; male incarcerated in PCSO Jail until transport to Havre.
