Dwight Freeman (right in the photo) was presented with a 35 year Length of Service award by Brian Burleson (left in photo), Observing Program Leader, and Patrick Gilchrist, Warning Coordination Meteorologist, of the Glasgow, MT National Weather Service. Dwight has been recording high and low temperature, precipitation and snowfall since the fall of 1982. During that time, he has measured 429.28 inches of moisture. Among the most interesting data Dwight has reported includes a 5-day total of 6.91 inches of rain during a flooding event in late August of 2014, and a low temperature of 48 below in the winter of 1996.
