On Tuesday, November 14, Leonard Leader took first place with 50, Clarence Blunt and Jerry Depute tied for second with 43 and the traveling prize was awarded to Harvey Smith.

Malta Duplicate Bridge

On Wednesday November 8, Donna Olson and Lois Goodheart earned first place. Margo Rush and Bonnie Millar tied with Les Solberg and Malcolm Clouse for second.

Monday winners were Margo and Bonnie. Bob Maxie and Malcolm tied with Madelyn Anderson and Frances Slade for second place.

Hi-Line Whist

On Tuesday, November 14, Curt and Pearl beat Gloria and Clara in the first game by a 15-5 clip and in the second game, Gloria and Clara defeated Delores and Pearl by a 14-6 margin.

"We had it and then couldn't come back, "Pearl reported. "They were just too good."

On Friday, November 17, Pearl and Curt won the first game 16-3 before Clara and Agnes roared back to win the second, 16-8.

"We all did well and like Agnes said; 'we were all full of happiness," Pearl said.
