Soup, soup and more soup

The Malta Senior Citizens will be serving soups; in fact seven varieties in all on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at the center.

The event is entitled “Season Ending Garden Bonanza Soup and Breads” which is a mouthful in itself.

The ever popular potato soup, chili, split pea, two varieties of this; vegetable beef, cheese chowder and butternut squash sweet potato soup will tempt anyone’s taste buds.

The free will offering will go towards building maintenance which includes tiling the hallway and working on the entry.

Serving will be from 11:00-1:30 at the senior center. Due to shortage of bus drivers, the Phillips Transit bus will not run that day.

The center will be decorated in the fall theme to put everyone in a festive mood. Come enjoy good food and good visiting with us as we celebrate fall.
