5:10 p.m. Female reported a missing dog from a Dodson residence.
5:26 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for southeastern Phillips Co until 615pm; quar-ter sized hail is possible.
5:55 p.m. Female reported a temporary water line break; information passed onto City employee.
6:40 p.m. 911 received reporting a theft of property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
6:47 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance at her residence for a male who was raising Cain; Deputy responded to the call; information added to the above case file.
6:49 p.m. Ft Belknap LE requested an ambulance in Hays; caller advised she needed to send a Ft Belknap ambulance.
7:14 p.m. Female reported seeing smoke, southeast of Turner; caller advised Ft Belknap has a fire on the reservation.
7:19 p.m. Male reported a Hit & Run to his vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
Several calls received reporting smoke, smelling smoke and concern for fires in our area; callers advised the smoke was coming from the fires in Canada.
8:55 p.m. Heat Advisory is canceled.
8:57 p.m. Red Flag Warning will expire at 9pm.
9:58 p.m. Male reported an injured horse near a local business; owner located and horse taken care of.

12:02 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a blown tire on Hwy 2; local rotational wrecker service responded to the call.
12:38 p.m. Female reported a phone scam.
5:49 p.m. Valley Co SO received a complaint about a vehicle swerving all over Hwy 2 and was speeding; vehicle was westbound; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.
7:22 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance for a female “banging” on his door at a local apartment; 911 received from a female requesting law enforcement at the same apartment complex; Deputy responded to the call; citations issued for Disorderly Conduct; case file started.
8:52 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a juve-nile who was refusing to leave a residence; Deputy responded to the call; juvenile re-moved from the location.
July 18, 2017
1:11 a.m. Female reported individuals going through a neighbor’s vehicle and then took off; Deputy responded to the call; individuals not located.
Please be advised to not leave any valuables in your vehicles and LOCK them up, DAY OR NIGHT; individuals have been seen going through other’s vehicles throughout Malta.
Remember to LOCK your vehicles!! Keep the keys with you or inside a house. Thank you!
2:03 a.m. Female reported “someone in their yard” at a residence north of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; no one located in the area, believed the dog scared the person off.
2:06 a.m. Individual passing through reported some suspicious items in the Trafton Park restroom; Deputy responded to the call; found to be items belonging to our transient lady.
10:19 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a “neighbor causing her health issues”; Undersheriff handled the call.
12:57 p.m. MT Dept of Transportation employee reported damage to a guardrail near Lor-ing; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.
1:57 p.m. Local business reported their security alarm was going off and there was no problem; alarm later shut off and reset.
3:50 p.m. BNSF Police reported an individual on a freight train, westbound from the Saco area; Undersheriff and Deputy responded to the call; upon arrival at the scene there was no train stopped as reported; BNSF Police later reported the train did not stop as had been advised.
5:08 p.m. Female filed a verbal parking complaint about all their neighbor’s vehicles parked on the street; Deputy handled the call.
6:55 p.m. Individuals reported their neighbor walking around at night and looking into the windows on residences with a flashlight; male located and advised to stop.
11:10 p.m. Female reported an individual with a known warrant was supposed to be at a local apartment complex; Deputies responded to the call; male not located at the reported area.
11:21 p.m. Male reported a barking dog at a residence down the street; another caller re-ported the dog has been left outside for 3 days; Deputy and ACO responded to the call; food located and given, and water bowl refilled; owner contacted and advised.

12:55 a.m. Female reported receiving unwanted phone call; Deputy handled the call.
8:04 a.m. 911 transfer received from the MT Deaf and Blind Relay System to report a bur-glary to a residence in Lodgepole; information passed onto Ft Belknap LE.
11:21 a.m. Male reported a prairie fire on Assiniboine; Malta Fire Dept responded to the call; male called back shortly and reported the fire was out; FD canceled.
11:43 a.m. Dept of Child & Family Services requested PCSO assistance with a situation involving a juvenile; Undersheriff responded to the call; juvenile found to be okay.
2:20 p.m. Female filed a verbal report of a vehicle “speeding” on Hwy 2, east bound; in-formation passed onto Valley Co SO.
3:47 p.m. Undersheriff and Deputy transported one adult male, Michael Garza Jr, to PCSO to be incarcerated on a Lake Co SO Felony warrant.
4:36 p.m. Dept of Family Services Social Worker requested law enforcement assistance at a local apartment complex; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay.
5:25 p.m. Reserve Deputy removed tire debris from Hwy 2, west of Malta.
5:36 p.m. Local Fire Dept was out of the barn for training.
6:18 p.m. City employees requested law enforcement assistance with advising a business to remove their equipment so the water crews had access to the utility lines; Deputy handled the call.
8:06 p.m. Several 911s received requesting an ambulance for a toddler having a seizure; Deputies and local EMT Crew responded to the call; Deputy transported the individual and parent to the PC Hospital; ambulance later canceled.
10:02 p.m. Female reported a red light on a City lift station; information passed onto City employee.
11:42 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

3:05 a.m. Red Flag Warning in effect from noon today until 9pm Friday for all of Phillips Co.
5:27 a.m. Deputy performed security and building checks in the Malta area.
6:35 a.m. Simplex Grinnell reported a commercial fire alarm sounding at a local building; Phillips Co employee responded to the call; no fire located and alarm reset.
8:35 a.m. Significant Weather Advisory for east central Phillips Co until 930am; half inch sized hail and 40mph gusts are possible.
2:53 p.m. Red Flag Warning remains in effect until 9pm Friday.
3:31 p.m. Male reported his computer was possibly hacked; Deputy handled the call.
4:38 p.m. Local business reported theft of several pieces of property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
7:01 p.m. Female reported an Unauthorized Use of her vehicle; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle was possibly taken to Cut Bank; information passed onto all Montana stations; case file started.
7:18 p.m. Male reported he received a “crank call” and wanted to know how to find out who the caller was; male advised to contact his phone company.
8:40 p.m. Deputies served a Lake Co SO warrant on one adult male, Deven Barnes; male released on bond paid and given a Notice to Appear.
10:06 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9pm Friday.

3:30 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory now in effect until 9pm tonight.
3:40 a.m. Red Flag Warning remains in effect until 9pm tonight.
4:36 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.
11:00 a.m. Red Flag Warning remains in effect until 9pm.
11:14 a.m. Male reported an erratic semi truck and trailer on Hwy 191 south of Malta; Sheriff responded to the call; vehicle located and driving was found to be okay; strong crosswinds in the reported area as well.
11:41 a.m. Glacier Co SO reported they located the vehicle and driver involved in the re-ported Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; one adult male, Maicon Grillo, later incarcerated on that charge; information added to existing case file.
1:26 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
2:44 p.m. Female filed a written complaint about a male coming into her house when she was not there; Deputies responded to the call; male located and had not gone into the residence.
6:53 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9pm.
8:11 p.m. Female reported being harassed by another female; Deputy handled the call.
9:11 p.m. Local business requested assistance with hitchhikers causing a traffic hazard to vehicles leaving the business; Deputies responded to the call; males advised to stay off the Hwy and out of traffic.
9:15 p.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement for a “disgruntled female” who wouldn’t let the caller into his house; Deputy and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; male taken to another residence for the night.
9:20 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory has expired.
9:41 p.m. Male reported farming equipment causing a traffic hazard as they had no lights on, westbound into Malta; local MHP Trooper handled the call.
10:52 p.m. Female reported individuals around a water line dIg site and believed they were drinking; Deputies responded to the call; all found to be okay, just a worker pumping out the water and was visiting with individuals who had stopped by.
July 2, 2017
12:38 a.m. Deputy reported finding a vehicle headed to a possible party; vehicle stopped and all alcohol seized; driver was sober; all individuals advised to go to a nearby cabin and stay there as they had planned.
8:19 a.m. BNSF employee reported a semi truck and trailer had hit the crossing arms at the Stine’s crossing; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
8:57 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance with a male who would not let the caller leave her residence; Deputies responded to the call; both parties left the location without further incident; case file started.
9:34 a.m. Local Ambulance and Fire Dept reported to the PCMS Drag Strip for the races.
10:19 a.m. Port of Morgan reported a group that came through the port had lost some keys; vehicles not located.
2:57 p.m. Red Flag Warning in effect from noon to 9pm.
3:31 p.m. Red Flag Warning remains in effect from noon to 9pm.
3:38 p.m. Ft Belknap LE received a report of a possible DUI enroute from Lodgepole to Zortman; information passed onto Deputies and local MHP Trooper.
8:30 p.m. Lewistown Central MT Dispatch received a report of an erratic driver on Hwy 191 south; Deputy, CMR Officer and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; case file started.
9:25 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

12:29 a.m. Local MHP Trooper transported one adult male, Garren Kirkwood, to PCSO to be incarcerated one DUI-2nd and Reckless Driving charges.
