On Tuesday, August 1, Gloria and Clara started the day with a 16-10 before Curt and Pearl evened the series at one each with a 13-7 victory.

“We came back a little after they got us good,” Pearl reported.

On Friday, August 4, Clara and Pearl took the first win of the night with a 14-7 tally before Curt and Agnes notched a victory with an 18-10 win.

“We all came out good,” Pearl said. “So happy we all were!”

Whist

On Tuesday, July 25, Leonard Leader scored 57, outpacing Sherman Doucette (50) to take first place on the day. Jeanette Heinle was awarded the traveling prize.
