Notice is hereby given as required by Section 20-6-604, MCA, the Board of Trustees of Dodson School District 2A-C adopted a resolution at a regular trustee meeting to dispose of abandoned, obsolete and undesirable property of minimal value. Items may be viewed at the Dodson School. For more information please contact the following number and/or e-mail address only;

Notice of Close of Regular Registration for the City of Malta
Notice is hereby given that regular* registration for the City of Malta Primary Election to be held on September 12, 2017, will close at 5:00 p.m., on Monday, August 14, 2017.
*NOTE: If you miss this regular registration deadline, you may still register for the election by showing up at the Phillips County Election Office up to and including on Election Day. Between noon and the close of business on the day before Election Day, you can complete and submit a voter registration card, but you will need to return to the Phillips County Election Office on Election Day to pick up and vote a ballot.
All active and inactive**electors of the City of Malta are entitled to vote at said election.
**Ballots will be automatically mailed to Active Electors only of the City of Malta. If you are a registered voter and do not receive a ballot, contact the Phillips County Election Office to update your information as necessary and receive a ballot.
Persons who wish to register and who are not presently registered may do so by requesting a form for registration by mail or by appearing at the Phillips County Election Office. If you have moved, please update your registration information by filling out a new voter registration card and submitting it to the Phillips County Election Office.

The Saco School Board of Trustees will meet August 8, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in the Board Room of the Saco School for the purpose of considering and adopting the Final Budget for Saco K-12 School District 12A & B.
The meeting of the Trustees may be continued from day to day until the final adoption of the District’s Budget. Any taxpayer in the District may attend the meeting and be heard for or against any part of the budget. This notice is given per the requirements of MCA 20-9-115.

The Malta City Council will conduct two public hearings on August 8, 2017 at 5:20 p.m. and 5:25 p.m. in the council chambers of City Hall. The purpose of the public hearings is to receive public comment(s) on the annual street maintenance assessment and the annual street lighting assessment for 2017/18.

The Whitewater School Board of Trustees, District 20D will meet August 8, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the Superintendent Office.
The purpose is to consider and adopt the Final Budget for the 2017-18 school year. The meeting of the Trustees may be continued from day to day until the final adoption of the District’s Budget.
