Loring News for July 19, 2017

Loring got two sprinkles this last week, about one tenth all together. Better than nothing! The air was cleaned and smelled good! The temperatures are still in the 90’s every day.

Dixie Stordahl and Rodney drove to Billings on Friday to see the kids. I got in on the awards ceremony at the state games for golf where my grandson, Rocco, won a bronze for his age group!

Whitney Blunt hosted the Loring ELCW on Wednesday. The group decided on paint color for upstairs and down stairs, the trim color and the floor covering. That was a huge job!

Don’t forget the Fun Day Sunday on the 30th here in Loring! Lots of games for all ages, food and fellowship will be available!

Congratulations to the teams from Northern Phillips County who played basketball in Billings at the State Games this last weekend! Kia Wasson played on a team that took second in the 9-10 grade group! Paige Wasson’s team also took 2nd for her age group, 5th and 6th grade! Good job, girls!
