Fire restrictions announced by P.C. Commissioners

BY ORDER OF THE BOARD OF PHILLIPS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, THE FOLLOWING STAGE I

RESTRICTIONS AND EXEMPTIONS HAVE BEEN AUTHORIZED FOR PHILLIPS COUNTY UNTIL

FURTHER NOTICE:

Stage I Restrictions Effective Immediately:

1. Campfires and other fires are prohibited except in approved recreation sites. Liquid petroleum and LPG stoves that can be turned on and off are allowed.

2. Smoking, is prohibited outside vehicles, buildings, and developed recreation sites, unless you are in a 3-foot-diameter area cleared of all burnable vegetation and materials.
