One Nation, Under God
Sympathy to the family of Glenn Flatt.
Many went to the Car Show in Malta; congratulations to the winners.
Pastor Steve Schumacher preached at Whitewater Lutheran Church Sunday and gave a good message.
There will not be church service in Whitewater on June 18, but rather a joint Unity Service in Malta at 11 a.m. followed by a potluck lunch. (Malta serves the meat, the rest if potluck.)
The neighbors mowed my lawn and I greatly appreciated that. Thanks for the plant from someone.
There was a wedding shower for Mary Cox at Church on Saturday. She got two quilts and many lovely gifts. Congratulations!
Congratulations also to Christina and Lindy on their engagement! (She is an employee at the North 40.)
Sunday our family (Gale Y., Challise, Janice Reichelt, Jean Green and myself) went to Sleeping Buffalo. The hot water was wonderful. The reservoir was very beautiful also.
Scott and Connie Scheffelmear and family took a load of Green’s sheep to Billings Livestock sales for Jean Green recently.
Ants have invaded my yard and house. How can anything so tiny be so annoying?
Here’s a note: An apple a day keeps the doctor away; an onion a day keeps everyone away! (Eat an onion…haha!)
Keep hoping for rain.
Helen A.
