This achievement award sets her up for future state and national recognition! She was presented this award at the Montana State human resource conference in Fairmont, Mont., this past May.
Melanie graduated from Whitewater High School in 2002 and attended Miles Community College and went on to graduate from the University of Great Falls with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Computer Science.
Melanie received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate in 2011 and was granted her Society of Human Resource Certified Professional (SHRMCP) certificate in 2015.
Melanie has been working in the Human Resource field for over ten years and is currently in her seventh year with her current company employer, LOWENBRO, as their HR manager.
The company owners, Paul and Jon Leach, are proud of Melanie for being there with them from humble beginnings of less than 60 employees to a huge influx of over 850 employees in 29 states that Melanie oversees in 2017.
We can trust her to protect the interests of the company and our employees are happy to have her as an integral part of the LOWENBRO family team.
Melanie confidently navigates LOWENBRO through change and growth, meeting the challenges and needs of changing times and business practices within the Human Resource field.
Melanie connects with those she comes into contact with and leaves a positive impression with her quick wit and fun personality!
Melanie was nominated for her community service project which helps a local charity and doubles as a bonus wellness program for her company during the year with free health screening clinics for employees and health and wellness awareness programs.
She organized the first annual Color Me Well fun run last year that had the Children’s Receiving Home and the Great Falls Food Bank as their charities of choice and this year it is the Great Falls Rescue Mission!
The Color Me Well fun run will be August 5th in Great Falls. The goal of $8000 is sitting at $6000.00 already for this worthy cause.
