Mitchell receives Darryl Seeley Memorial Scholarship

The Phillips County Livestock Association would like to announce the 2017 recipient of the Darryl Seeley Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to a Junior or Senior in college or a student enrolled in a second year technical school, majoring in an Agricultural related field with a minimum GPA of 2.0. PCLA Secretary/Treasurer, Marko Manoukian presents the 2017 scholarship in the amount of $500 to Kyle Mitchell. Kyle is the son of Bill and Ruth Mitchell, is a Junior at MSU Bozeman and majoring in Animal Science – Livestock Management and Industry. Congratulations Kyle.
