Boys and Girls Club closed
5-22 through 6-2. Malta Boys & Girls Club will be closed May 22-through-June 2, for Summer Planning. Summer Club will be Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-to-5 p.m. beginning Monday, June 5.
Story Time to return in June
Story Time at the Phillips County Library is canceled through the end of May and will begin again in June.
PhillCo General Membership Meeting

Library Closed for Memorial Day
5-27—29. The Phillips County Library will be Closed on May 27-29 for the Memorial Day Holiday.
Poppy Reminder
5-29. Memorial Day Parade, Service and BBQ 1 p.m. at Veteran’s Memorial Park. Remember our Veterans. Wear a Poppy. American Legion Auxiliary will be selling poppies throughout the month.
City Office/Shop Closed
5-29. The Malta City Office, Shop and Landfill will close on Monday, May 29, for Memorial Day. Garbage pick-up will be delayed.
Library Book Sale
6-2 and 3. The Phillips County Library Book Sale will be Friday, June 2, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, June 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Parks & Rec Color Fun Run
6-3. Malta Parks and Rec will be hosting the 2017 Color Fun Run on Saturday, June 3, and will include a 5K and 1 mile runs. Call Julia or Natalie at Malta Parks and Rec in City Hall.
Blue Ridge Brewing Founders meeting
6-2. The first meeting of the Blue Ridge Brewing Founders Club will be June 2 at 7 p.m. at the brewery located at 320 S. 1st St. E.
Phillips County Picnic in Billings
6-24. On Saturday, June 24, Carl Solberg will be hosting a Phillips County Picnic in Billings and is asking that those interested in attending to RSVP by Saturday, June 17 by emailing him at [email protected] or calling 656-9492. Call or email Carl for more information.
