Loring News for May 17, 2017

Oh happy day! I saw a yellow warbler today! Their beautiful song is something to long for!

Oh an update on my chicks, I hatched out 12 little black and white chicks and two had red heads! The students loved them! I put them up for adoption and they are all at LaBries for now!

We've shot off a few rockets and flew some kites during this week! Final projects due this week! Should be fun!

The full moon and Jupiter were racing across the sky this week! It was a super sight! Jeanie Schroder and girls were up for Mother's Day and we celebrated Zoey's second birthday on Saturday!

Carol Lumsden, Whitney Blunt, and Carmen Norville were in Billings for the Mother/Daughter Fun Run with Jonnae Slade!

A huge wedding was held at the Iver Johannesen Ranch north of Loring. His grandson Logan Harms got married. The reception was held at the Loring Hall. Congratulations to the couple!

Congratulations to the graduates from the Loring area! Kiana Simonson graduated from University of Montana in Missoula. DeeDee Johannesen is graduating from Malta High and Rennay Watkins is graduating from Turner High School next week. Kia Wasson and Beau Simonson both graduated from eighth grade in Whitewater.

Beau Simonson and Kia Wasson participated in the junior high District track meet on Wednesday! The team did well!

The Whitewater Penguins boys track team took third in the district meet on Saturday! I haven't heard the individual scores for either team yet!

Loring Church ladies met at the Cindy Clark home on Wednesday for bible study. We also voted to give a donation to the HLRC.
