Dinosaur Museum Summer Hours

The Great Plains Dinosaur Museum is open thru May, Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. In June, The museum will be open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 12:30 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Malta Landfill Summer Hours

The City of Malta Summer Landfill hours are: Open Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Mondays from noon to 1 p.m. for the lunch hour. Closed on Sundays.

Story Time to return in June

Story Time at the Phillips County Library is canceled through the end of May and will begin again in June.

Walleyes Meeting

5-11. Malta Walleyes Unlimited meeting will be Thursday, May 11, starting at 7 p.m. at Stretch’s. Camp Walleye planning.

MES Spring Concert

5-15. The Malta Elementary School will be hosting their 4th/5th Grade Spring Concert on Monday, May 15 starting at 7 p.m. in the elementary gym. Everyone is invited.

Invasive Mussels Meeting

5-16. Please join your local Conservation District for a meeting on aquatic invasive mussels on Tuesday, May 16 starting at 6 p.m. at the GN Lodge Room in Malta.

Kiwanis repainting and meeting

5-13 & 16. Malta Kiwanis will repaint the Dog Wagon on Saturday, May 13. Bring brushes and scrapers. Next meeting is Tuesday, May 16 starting at 6 p.m. at Westside Cafe. Time to plan for the car show burgers and fries.

MMS Pops Concert

5-16. The Malta Middle School will be hosting their Middle School Pops Concert on Tuesday, May 16, starting at 7 p.m. in the high school auditorium. Everyone is invited.

Hike n' Bike (Date Change)

5-18. Malta Trails will be hosting the Bowdoin Bird Hike n' Bike on Thursday, May 18 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Meet at Bowdoin Headquarters parking lot.

EMS Week Kickoff BBQ

5-20. The Phillips County EMS will be hosting their annual EMS Week Kickoff BBQ on Saturday, May 20 starting at 11 a.m. at the Malta Fire Hall.

PC Fair Board Meeting

5-23. The next regular Phillips County Fair Board meeting will be held Tuesday, May 23 at 7 p.m. at the Phillips County Fair Grounds. The Public is welcome to attend.

Parks & Rec Color Fun Run

6-3. Malta Parks and Rec will be hosting the 2017 Color Fun Run on Saturday, June 3, and will include a 5K and 1 mile runs. Call Julia or Natalie at Malta Parks and Rec in City Hall.

Phillips County Picnic in Billings

6-24. On Saturday, June 24, Carl Solberg will be hosting a Phillips County Picnic in Billings and is asking that those interested in attending to RSVP by Saturday, June 17 by emailing him at [email protected] or calling 656-9492. Call or email Carl for more information.
