One Nation, Under God
The Law Enforcement Special Olympics Torch run is coming up May 1st!
The Malta Athletes and Torch Run participants will be meeting at Carquest in the parking lot at 8:30 a.m. Please come out and support the area athletes before they head to the Special Olympics State games in Missoula the end of May by filling the sidewalks and cheering them on or even walking with them!
They will be walking from CarQuest out to Westside where the runners, walkers, and bikers will take over as they make their way to Havre. If you are interested in being part of the relay, participation forms and more information can be found on the Special Olympics Montana website at http://www.somt.org/torchrun. Or you can donate to a participant!
We hope to make the community more aware of the Special Olympics in Malta and this is a great way to show your support they deserve.
