Malta hosts golf meet

Malta High School hosted the 2017 Malta Athletic Club Golf Invitational last Saturday.

The boys' event was won by the Mon-Dak Thunder who had a score of 376. Glasgow came in second with 388 and Wolf Point took third with a total of 465 strokes.

The girls' event was won by Poplar who had 440 strokes. Glasgow placed second with 448 and Richey-Lambert took third with 474.

The individual boys' event was won by Mon-Dak's Jeremiah Pierce who had a score of 76, with his closest opponent being Poplar's Damon Sadler. Mon-Dak's Jack Solberg was third with 92.
