One Nation, Under God
Yes, spring is here. The temps are moderate, the precipitation is fleeting, and the sunshine is sporadic! My tulips are up but not blossoming yet. The trees are budding and many of the blossoms are hanging on! Jupiter is prominent in the evening sky and Venus takes over in the dawn!
Jeanie Green and I went on the Amtrak to Whitefish on Friday. My sister Dee picked me up and we spent the weekend exploring the area that she loves so much! We visited with Chris, Sally and Jessie Arndt, saw the Echo Lake and Swan River, and met up with Jeanie and Colleen DePuydt Johnson for dinner later that evening. It was Jeanie's birthday on Saturday which she celebrated with Cathy and Chris Finberg, exploring Hungry Horse Dam, and went to a matinee called Cause for Christ.
The yellow bells are blossoming! Gulls are prolific! And track is in full swing!
Carol Lumsden, and grandkids and John Flansaas took in the donkey basketball game on Saturday night! She said it was well attended and fun!
Easter church services are at 9:30 a.m. with breakfast before church at 8 a.m. Cindy will be officiating. Easter egg hunt following!
Have a great week!
