8:29 a.m. Female reported the neighbor’s dog had been barking all morning; information passed onto ACO.
12:29 p.m. Female reported a burglary to a Dodson business; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
2:05 p.m. Female reported an erratic vehicle on Hwy 191 south of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and was parked at a local business the next day.2:44 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5am Saturday for Phillips Co.
4:27 p.m. Deputy incarcerated one adult male, Troy Salveson, into PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing.
5:08 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory is canceled for southwest Phillips; remains in effect until 5am Saturday for the rest of Phillips Co.

12:58 a.m. Dropped 911 received from a local residence; Deputies responded to the call; male removed from the location and taken to another family member’s residence; case file started.
2:46 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory is canceled for Phillips Co.
8:56 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 9pm tonight to noon Sunday for northern Phillips Co.
1:07 p.m. Deputy released one adult male, Russell Houle, from PCSO Jail on time served.
5:19 p.m. Female reported her neighbor’s dogs barking constantly; information passed onto ACO.
11:08 p.m. MHP Trooper transported one adult male, Kevin Nesbitt, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Obstructing a Peace Officer, Driving While Suspended, Felony Obstructing Justice, 2 Gallatin Co SO warrants, and Polk Co Florida warrant; case file started.

1:44 a.m. Male reported hitting a deer near the edge of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; deer humanely euthanized and removed from Hwy 2; white form issued.
3:32 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until noon today for most of Phillips Co.
11:34 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory will expire at noon.
12:33 p.m. Female reported a possible assault by her boyfriend; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.
1:33 p.m. Local Fire Dept and Ambulance reported to Hwy 191 south of Malta to escort the Malta Mustangs & M’ettes back to town from the State B Basketball tournament.
2:43 p.m. Undersheriff incarcerated one adult male, Lane Walling, into PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing.
4:12 p.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Troy Salveson, from PCSO Jail on time served.
10:48 p.m. Female reported her neighbor’s dog barking “non-stop”; information passed onto ACO.

8:17 a.m. Undersheriff performed a welfare check on a vehicle alongside of Hwy 2, east of Saco; no one was around the vehicle.
9:02 a.m. Undersheriff transported one adult male, Ryan Kovach, from Valley Co Detention Center back to PCSO for District Court appearance.
11:19 a.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Ryan Kovach, on own recognizance.
11:48 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female who fell off a ladder and couldn’t move; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.
1:53 p.m. Female reported a one vehicle rollover on the Midale Road; no injuries to the occupant; Undersheriff responded to the call; driver transported to the PC Hospital by personal vehicle; case file started.
2:17 p.m. MHP Dispatch received a report of an erratic vehicle, possibly a DUI, on Hwy 2, eastbound from Harlem; Blaine Co SO also advised of the call; Blaine Co SO located the vehicle and handled the call.
5:14 p.m. Deputy served a Blaine Co SO warrant on Kevin Nesbitt, who was already incarcerated in PCSO Jail.
6:29 p.m. Male reported a possible Probation Violation by a male who was just released from jail.
11:59 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

1:15 a.m. Ft Belknap LE reported a vehicle in the ditch on Route 66; occupants were still in the vehicle and were not injured; Deputies responded to the call; family member located and took the juveniles to their residence; case file started.
1:27 a.m. Dropped call received reporting “a heated situation” at a local tavern; Deputies responded to the call; nothing going on or had happened recently at the location.
2:59 a.m. Freezing Rain Advisory in effect from 6pm tonight until 6am Wednesday for northern Phillips Co.
5:33 a.m. Male reported a vehicle in the ditch, possibly rolled over on Hwy 2, east of Saco; no one was around the area; information passed onto MHP Dispatch.
9:18 a.m. Male reported a vehicle in the ditch east of Saco; caller confirmed the location as the previously reported accident.
10:07 a.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Kevin Nesbitt, from PCSO Jail to transfer custody to Blaine Co SO; BCSO transported Nesbitt to their county for court appearance.
11:33 a.m. Female reported a possible theft of identity; all banks and card companies had already been notified by the caller; Sheriff handled the call.
2:31 p.m. Freezing Rain Advisory remains in effect from 6pm tonight until 6am tomorrow for northern Phillips Co.
2:51 p.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Lane Walling, from PCSO Jail on time served.
3:51 p.m. Male reported a non-injury, fender/bender in the downtown area; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
6:22 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with removing an individual from a residence who had already been given an eviction notice; Deputy handled the call.
7:11 p.m. 911 received reporting a van in the ditch, west of Saco; caller advised was reported and taken care of.
8:10 p.m. 911s received reporting an injured deer on Hwy 2, in Valley Co; deer was still alive; information passed onto Valley Co SO.
8:27 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with an individual harassing the caller about a For Sale posting; Deputy handled the call.
8:35 p.m. Freezing Rain Advisory is canceled.
9:22 p.m. 911 received reporting a van in the ditch, west of Saco; caller advised was reported and taken care of.
9:42 p.m. Anonymous reported a “house party with kids” at a local apartment; Deputies responded to the call; all individuals found to be over 21 and advised to keep it down.

1:05 a.m. BNSF Police reported a van in the ditch west of Saco; caller advised was reported and had been handled already.
9:15 a.m. 911 received reporting a van in the ditch, west of Saco; caller advised was reported and taken care of.
9:22 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female with stressed breathing at a local apartment; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.
11:23 a.m. Fire Protection Services reported a fire alarm at a local business; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, just a false alarm.
11:58 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with removing an individual from a residence who had already been given an eviction notice; Deputy handled the call; caller advised needed to speak to a Judge as well.
12:43 p.m. Local wrecker service requested PCSO assistance with traffic control while getting a vehicle out of the ditch, west of Saco; Deputy handled the call.
1:27 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
3:24 p.m. Female reported a possible phone scam.
We have been receiving calls and individuals have been coming in to report telephone calls with people asking for personal information, bank account information and needing to send money to relatives.
These phone calls are scams, if it seems suspicious DO NOT GIVE any information to the caller. Ask for a call back phone number and call them back to see if it is who they are claiming to be.
4:37 p.m. Saco Fire Dept reported they were responding to a dumpster fire, south of Saco; fire contained and monitored through the night.
5:24 p.m. Mental Health Caregiver requested law enforcement assistance with a client; Deputies responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.
6:07 p.m. Local business reported a grocery cart “loaded” with food and blankets behind their building; caller advised belongs to the homeless female in town.
9:22 p.m. Male requested a welfare check on a male walking with a bicycle on Hwy 191, just out of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; male found to be riding the bicycle in town and was okay.
10:34 p.m. Fire Alarm Services reported a commercial fire alarm sounding at a local business; all found to be okay, just a false alarm.

2:07 p.m. Female reported a scam.
2:19 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance to pick up the flight crew from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
4:14 p.m. Female reported two other females “screaming and cursing” outside of a Dodson residence; Deputy responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.
10:17 p.m. Deputies assisted local MHP Trooper with a traffic stop in the downtown area; Trooper later transported one adult female, Katrina Halbert, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Driving While Suspended, No Insurance and Vehicle Not Registered charges.

8:51 a.m. Local business reported a vehicle blocking part of their parking lot; Deputy responded to the call; owner located and vehicle removed later.
9:56 a.m. Female reported a scam.
1:48 p.m. Female reported a scam.
1:58 p.m. LifeLine requested assistance for a fall detected alarm; local EMT Crew responded to the call; request later canceled by LifeLine.
3:00 p.m. Female reported an IRS phone scam.
4:04 p.m. Deputy incarcerated one adult male, Troy Salveson, into PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing.
5:17 p.m. Male reported a possible scam.
6:30 p.m. 911 received reporting a female trespassing on another female’s property and caller wanted the female removed; Deputies responded to the call; female had left on her own accord; later located and advised to stay off the property.
6:31 p.m. Male requested a welfare check on a tenant at a local residence; Deputies responded to the location; female found to be okay.
8:49 p.m. 911 received reporting a box in the middle of Hwy 2, east of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; box not located on the Hwy.
9:38 p.m. 911 received reporting a two vehicle, non-injury crash on Central/8th St E; Deputies and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; case file started.
