Harlem Senior Center Secondary Cook

Noon meal preparation, 2 to 3 days a week; will be the secondary cook and work by yourself on designated days, but must still work in conjunction with head cook for planning purposes. Cooking and Baking for up to 25-40 people. Food preparation, clean-up, dishes, sweeping and mopping are done daily. Menu preparation, grocery purchases, meal deliveries and general kitchen cleaning will be done as well. Will coordinate all aspects of position with program director and Head Cook.
