February 18, 2017

12:14 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

1:26 p.m. Deputy assisted local MHP Trooper with serving a MHP warrant on one adult male, Dario Carrasco; male transported to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on that charge.

2:36 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the Malta High School for the basketball tournament.

2:46 p.m. Reserve Deputies reported to the Malta High School for security for the basketball tournament.

9:54 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

February 19, 2017

1:24 a.m. Male reported individuals trespassing to his property in the Zortman area; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

3:52 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Zortman area.

3:59 a.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on a vehicle off of the Bear Gulch Road; all found to be okay, and no one around the area.

2:18 p.m. Female reported a downed power line east of Saco off of Hwy 2; information passed onto NorthWestern Energy; NWE employee later reported pole had been hit by a vehicle; MHP Trooper responded to the call.

3:19 p.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Troy Salveson, from PCSO Jail on time served.

4:38 p.m. PC Hospital reported a suspicious male in their parking lot; Undersheriff and Deputy responded to the call; male not located.

8:32 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

9:49 p.m. Hi-Line Retirement Center requested PCSO assistance with an individual who had passed away; Deputy responded to the call; coroner case file started.

February 20, 2017

12:49 a.m. Male reported a loud vehicle running at a neighbor’s residence in Saco; vehicle had been running for an extended amount of time; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and owner advised to shut it off for the night.

1:32 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in Saco and Sleeping Buffalo areas.

12:12 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a vehicle dispute; Undersheriff handled the call.

12:33 p.m. Male reported a theft and Hit & Run to property; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

4:33 p.m. Female reported a stray dog at her place in the Sleeping Buffalo area.

4:37 p.m. 911 received reporting seeing smoke, east of Malta; all found to be okay, just an unreported controlled burn.

7:14 p.m. Male requested a welfare check on a family member at a local apartment complex; Deputy responded to the call; family member later contacted the caller and all was okay.

February 21, 2017

1:00 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

3:49 a.m. Winter Storm Watch in effect from this evening through Thursday afternoon for central and southeast Phillips Co.

9:49 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance with a medical emergency on the reservation; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

10:02 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male who was not breathing on the reservation; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

10:10 a.m. Female reported a phone scam.

11:27 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a family member; Undersheriff handled the call.

1:44 p.m. Central Security reported a commercial fire alarm sounding at a local business; all found to be okay, no fire.

1:50 p.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Dario Carrasco, from PCSO Jail on time served.

2:41 p.m. Winter Storm Watch is canceled for central and southeast Phillips; Winter Weather Advisory in effect from midnight tonight until midnight Wednesday for southwest Phillips Co.

5:32 p.m. Deputies served a warrant on one adult female, Dillon Sheridan; female transported to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail that charge.

5:51 p.m. Deputy reported People’s Creek, west of Dodson, was close to flooding; information passed onto Glasgow Weather Service.

6:27 p.m. Male reported being harassed; Deputy handled the call.

February 22, 2017

1:30 a.m. 911 received reporting a missing traveler on Route 66; Ft Belknap and Blaine Co SO advised of the call; Blaine Co received another 911 reporting the traveler was located and was okay.

2:50 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until midnight for southwest Phillips Co.

7:02 a.m. Female requested a welfare check on a family member at a local apartment complex; Deputy responded to the call; family member located and was okay.

10:58 a.m. Deputy incarcerated one adult male, Tim Bullard, into PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing.

3:52 p.m. Female filed a written complaint regarding another female harassing the caller; Deputy handled the call.

4:26 p.m. Female reported being harassed by a male; Deputy and Undersheriff handled the call.

6:12 p.m. Female reported theft of vehicle parts from a Zortman residence; Deputy and Ft Belknap LE responded to the call; case file started.

7:16 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory is canceled for southwest Phillips.

7:17 p.m. Female reported “someone threw something” at my vehicle near a local apartment complex; Deputy responded to the call; found to be two juveniles; juveniles located and advised.

10:30 p.m. Female reported an altercation at a local residence; Deputies responded to the call; found to be a verbal dispute; case file started.

February 23, 2017

1:52 a.m. Deputy performed a traffic stop which led to one adult female, Alizabeth Davis, being transported to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on DUI, Obstructing a Peace Officer, Resisting Arrest, Assault on a Peace Officer-Felony, Disorderly Conduct x2 and Reckless Driving charges; case file started.

7:42 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a possibly broken leg at a local residence; Sheriff and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

8:57 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a verbal dispute at the caller’s residence; Sheriff and Deputy responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.

9:24 a.m. Child and Family Services employee requested a welfare check on an individual and a juvenile at a local apartment; Sheriff responded to the call; individual located and was okay, juvenile no longer lived at that residence.

10:30 a.m. Deputy released one adult female, Dillon Sheridan, from PCSO Jail on time served.

4:03 p.m. Female reported a constantly barking dog at a neighbor’s residence; Deputy responded to the call

6:38 p.m. Deputy released one adult female, Alizabeth Davis, from PCSO Jail on bond.

8:43 p.m. Male reported a missing dog; owner later reported the dog had been located.

February 24, 2017

1:51 a.m. 911 received requesting medical assistance for an overdose of medication; Deputies and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

5:12 a.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle/tree accident on Hwy 191 just north of Malta; vehicle was on fire, occupant still inside; Deputies, local Fire Dept, EMT Crew and MHP Trooper responded to the call; MHP handled the accident file; coroner case file started.

8:04 a.m. Male requested a welfare check on a female at a residence in Loring; Deputy responded to the call; female no longer lives in Loring or in Phillips Co.

8:39 a.m. Female reported a door to a business was open and business should be closed; Deputy responded to the call; building cleared and all was okay.

10:37 a.m. Male reported his vehicle blew a tire on the Content Road and would be getting it removed within the day.

11:13 a.m. Central Alarm Company reported a commercial fire alarm sounding at a downtown business; all found to be okay, working on the alarm.

1:07 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a juvenile; Deputy handled the call.

2:10 p.m. Deputy incarcerated one adult male, Troy Salveson, into PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing.

2:53 p.m. Female reported a scam.

4:41 p.m. Local business reported a fuel drive off; Deputy responded to the call; information passed onto Ft Belknap LE; vehicle not located.

7:20 p.m. Cascade Co SO requested PCSO assistance with an assault situation involving local individuals; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

8:58 p.m. 911s received requesting assistance for a male stuck on the reservation; calls transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

9:03 p.m. Female reported theft of property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
