Jessie Marie Crowder was born on October 10, 1991 at the Northern Montana Hospital in Havre, Mont., to Joe Crowder and Lori LaTray. She attended school in Havre and Billings.
At the time of her death, she had lived in Malta since March of 2016 and was an employee of the Great Northern Hotel. "Jess're," as Gramma Sharon nicknamed her, had a heart of gold and enjoyed being around her cousins on both sides of the family.
Her artistic talent knew no bounds. She followed in her Grampa Jaynes' footsteps, she could make anything from clay, draw unlimited feature pictures, characters, and of course, the doodling. Her nickname could have been "Jokester" as she was an expert at hiding co-worker's items and saying, "now try and find it" as she walked from the room. Her free spirit and having a mind of her own were her trademarks.
Jessie was preceded in death by great-grandparents Norman and Billie Jaynes, grandmother Jean LaTray and Steve Doney; cousin Tracy Smith and Morgan Cochran. Her beloved aunt Dovey and Ron Smith.
She is survived by her father Joe Crowder (Eunice), Malta, and mother Lori LaTray of Billings, Kendall, Jaret and Lainie of the family home. Siblings Kyle LaTray (Akasha), and family, Jasmine (Allen Young), and family of Malta; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; Grandparents Sharon (Floyd) Kindle of Malta, Ben Crowder (Dorene) of Lewistown and Carol Doney of Harlem.
