Saco High School BPA members tested in Sidney for regionals. Members Christopher DePuydt, Chandler Pippin, Christian Menge, and Devon Salveson, will all go on to state. BPA advisor, Kelly Downing is enjoying her first year as advisor. Great job boys.

The Lil’ Mavericks, coached by Lexie Haynes and Lacey Beil, performed for the first time at the Saco versus Brockton game held here in Saco. They did a fantastic job. The girls are grades K through four. They hope to perform at the upcoming District 3C Basketball Tournament.

The Saco Band and Choir will be having a cookie dough fund raiser to help pay for their band trip to Mount Rushmore in March. Please order liberally!

The North Country Mavericks held their first Homecoming dance, Thursday, after the Brockton games. Grades six thru 12 enjoyed were invited. The kids had a great time and danced the night away.

The Cabin Café and TOPS lock up at the town office were recently broken into. Several items went missing. If you have any information, please pass it on to the Phillips County Sheriffs department.

Lacey Beil, Briana Yeska, Kaiu Korman, and Billie Sky Ozark spent the weekend in Las Vegas to celebrate Billie Sky’s birthday. A great weekend out for the mom’s. They had a fabulous time.
