The City of Malta will be accepting bids for the lease of city owned properties for grazing and pasturage. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked “lease bid”. All bids must be received in the city office by 4:00 p.m. February 14, 2017.

All leases will begin on January 1, 2017 and terminate on December 31, 2017.

Lessee shall not assign the lease or sub-lease any portion of

Lessee’s interest in said land(s).

to the right on the right ribs, underbit left ear, no ear tags

Malta & Dodson Irrigation District Elections

The regular election of the Malta and Dodson Irrigation Districts will be held on

May 2, 2017.

The term of Commissioner for the Third District of the Malta Irrigation District for the term of three years whose term expires in 2017, as per statue #85-7-1702.

The term of Commissioner for the First District of the

Dodson Irrigation District for the term of three years whose term expires in 2017, as per statue #85-7-1702.

Anyone wishing to have their name on the ballot needs to file a petition with the Election Administrator for the Deputy Election Administrator of the Irrigation Districts on or before February 6th, 2017.
